The Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration program focuses on preparing students for entry-level positions in healthcare management, offering a comprehensive curriculum in healthcare systems, policy, finance, and ethics. The Master’s program builds on this foundation, offering advanced coursework in strategic planning, organizational leadership, healthcare quality improvement, and informatics to prepare graduates for leadership roles in a variety of healthcare settings. Both programs emphasize real-world applications and student engagement through online platforms, reflecting the growing demand for flexible, technology-driven learning environments in higher education.

Primary responsibilities will include teaching courses in the Healthcare Administration programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a focus on creating dynamic, engaging, and student-centered learning environments. The candidate will be expected to contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that courses meet assessment standards and align with industry trends. Active involvement in recruiting and retaining students is critical, as well as providing academic advising and mentorship to help students navigate their academic journeys and career development.
