Aspen Grove is a three-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex in Billings, Montana for individuals age 62 or older and their spouses who meet the income requirements. The community includes 64 unfurnished one-bedroom apartment homes with full-sized stoves and refrigerators. Each apartment home has heat and air conditioning controlled by the individual resident. For the convenience of our residents, we have an elevator and a laundry room with complimentary washers and dryers.

In addition, we have a large community room for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, potlucks, and other activities. Our exercise facility is also available for recreation.
