To apply for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter to employment@yellowstonecasa.org Pay: $44,800.00 – $46,800.00 per year Benefits: Work Location: In person-Billing, MT SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The CASA Program Manager provides supervision and support to assigned employees to ensure high-quality advocacy and timely permanency outcomes for children served by the program. The Program Manager collaborates closely with Program Coordinators to support case management activities, including court participation, meetings, and case coverage as needed. The Program Manager supports accurate data entry and reporting within the Optima database and assists in the development and maintenance of tracking systems to support program compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, supports, and coaches employees with empathy and accountability, and can manage competing priorities in a mission-driven environment. Employee Supervision & Development: Case Management & Court Coordination: Volunteer Management Collaboration & Community Relations: Additional Duties: QUALIFICATIONS: Education and or Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a major in the human behavioral sciences field and one year of supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in volunteer management, supervision, and/or child welfare services preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Proof of valid driver’s license, vehicle in safe operating condition and liability insurance must be on file at all times. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Ability Required: Will have and demonstrate basic knowledge, skills and abilities listed below. Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass national and state fingerprint-based criminal background checks, Child Abuse/Neglect Registry, and sexual and violent offender registries. Successful completion of advocate pre-service training required by CASA of Yellowstone County within six months of hire. Successful completion of National CASA/GAL Training of Facilitators (TOF) within one year of hire CASA of Yellowstone County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
