What You'll Do

• Manage a residential and commercial service route throughout Billings and surrounding communities
• Solve pest problems and identify conditions that contribute to them
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Use modern technology to manage your route and document services
• Think proactively to prevent future pest issues
• Continuously develop your expertise and problem-solving skills

As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to perform specialized inspections, including termite and bed bug inspections.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid training starting at $16–$18 per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
• Expected first-year earnings of approximately $40,000–$55,000+, depending on experience, production, and performance
• Advancement into a base plus production compensation model

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be be able to walk several miles daily while carrying equipment, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in crawlspaces and confined spaces, and perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
