We’re kicking off the 2026 Professional Development Series with an empowering session led by Jennifer Reiser, a seasoned leader known for her ability to help others unlock their full potential. Confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build intentionally. In this dynamic, hands-on session, Jennifer will guide participants through the process of identifying their personal strengths, values, and professional drivers. Attendees will learn practical strategies to silence self-doubt, set realistic goals, and create daily habits that reinforce confidence and credibility. 

Session 1: Confidence by Design – Jennifer Reiser January 27th, 3:00 – 5:00 PM @ The Depot:

Confidence isn’t found, it’s built. This dynamic kickoff session helps participants identify their strengths, values, and needs while learning strategies to quiet self-doubt, celebrate small wins, and embrace growth opportunities. 

Session 2: Connect with Confidence – Brandon Scala February 24th, 3:00 – 5:00 PM @ Meadowlark Brewery:

 Networking doesn’t have to be intimidating. In this interactive session, Brandon Scala shares practical ways to overcome the fear of networking, make authentic connections, and turn conversations into opportunities.

Session 3: Unstoppable Confidence – Thriving in Times of Change March 31st, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM @ Marillac Auditorium:

 Join panelists Tyler Wiltgen, Aly Eggart, Nicole Mehling and others for an open conversation about navigating uncertainty, leading through change, and staying grounded when life shifts gears. 

Session 4: Confidence with Boundaries, Accountability & Grace- Sara Beth Wald April 28th, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM @ The Depot:

Discover how healthy boundaries and accountability create space for authentic confidence. Sara Beth Wald guides attendees through practical tools to interrupt shame-based patterns and foster growth with compassion and grace. 

Session 5: Fire Up Your Confidence May 26th, 3:00 – 5:00 PM Montana @ Outlaw BBQ:

 We’ll wrap up the series with a celebration of growth, leadership, and courage, served alongside legendary BBQ and a few lessons both in leadership and on the grill.
