The Montana Young Professionals Summit returns to Billings on October 1–2, 2026 for two days of leadership development, networking, and meaningful conversations focused on the future of Montana.

Hosted at The Paper Mill in downtown Billings, this year’s Summit is centered around the theme Built for This, highlighting the people, industries, businesses, and communities shaping the future of our state.

Attendees will hear from regional business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and community builders while exploring topics including leadership, workforce development, entrepreneurship, agriculture, healthcare, innovation, and career growth in Montana.

The Summit will feature keynote speaker Kate Gladdin, along with speakers from organizations including Bretz RV, SWITCH Society, Big J Show Cares, and more.
