Her practice expertise includes the operational and compliance aspects of banking, secured lending, real estate and business transactions. She also has considerable experience advising clients with respect to Montana’s unique liquor licensing and gaming laws.

Ms. Dyre periodically lectures on Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as well as on the particulars of secured agricultural lending. She has served in the capacity of Montana counsel to financial technology provider, D+H USA Corporation since 1988.
