Kodiak Pest Control is growing—and we’re looking for motivated, dependable people to grow with us as Pest Control Technicians. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, study materials, and full support to help you earn your state pest control license and build a long-term career.

What you’ll do:
? Learn and apply integrated pest management techniques
? Identify pests and determine effective control solutions
? Work independently at a variety of job sites
? Communicate professionally with customers
? Safely operate equipment and a company vehicle

What’s required:
? Strong work ethic and integrity
? Clear communication and customer-focused mindset
? Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
? Physically capable (lifting up to 80 lbs)
? Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits

The ideal candidate will have:

Training wage (2 weeks): $16 per hour, $18 per hour to start after training.
