Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming hires for summer camp positions that rotate to each of these camps:

· Timbercrest Camp near Red Lodge, Montana

· Camp Castle Rock near Butte, Montana

· Camp Sacajawea near Casper, Wyoming

As a member of our camp staff, you'll not only inspire and lead campers in their summer adventures but you will also have the chance to explore these unique camp locations yourself. Our team stays in rustic cabins, lodges, and yurts, providing an authentic camping experience. Healthcare Supervisor: The Healthcare Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring the health and well- being of campers and staff during their stay at camp. This includes, but is not limited to: intake, distribution and return of campers’ prescription medications, providing general first aid and health care, aiding with homesickness, alerting and educating campers and staff to healthy practices and ensuring that timely emergency medical treatment is sought and/or delivered and compliant with health and safety standards, and assists with ongoing staff training and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Transports groups to off-site field trips

· Fills in as a unit counselor, as needed

· Assist in the administration and management of camp’s day to day operation

· Assist Camp Directors in staff assignments for activities, cabins, and daily duties

· Promotes high standards for leadership, program activities, and health and safety

Experience/Education

· Experienced healthcare professional (RN, LPN, EMT, CNA, WFR, WFA, or upper-level nursing/health sciences-related/athletic training/etc. student)

· Experience working with youth preferred

· Minimum of 21 years of age in the 2024 calendar year and ability to transport campers in a 12 passenger van required
