Duties and Responsibilities
Organic Chemistry, Assistant Professor: Tenure Track, 1.0 FTE Working 21 Credits Per Year.


  • Appointment in the Department of Biological and Physical Sciences, Fall 2023.
  • Qualified applicants will have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (ABD may be considered).
  • Appointment will be within the College of Health Professions and Science and housed within our newly renovated state-of-the-art facility.
  • Instructional duties include teaching Organic Chemistry, Advanced Organic Chemistry, Elements of Organic Chemistry, Intro to General Chemistry, and other courses as needs dictate.
  • Establishment of a discipline-related research program involving undergraduates is expected.
  • Evidence of high quality, innovative college teaching experience and potential for productive, externally-funded research in an undergraduate, liberal arts setting are required.
