About the position:
The Vice President of Sales for Cellular Plus is responsible for leading the sales team to exceed the sales targets which are set to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help guide the next phase of our company's growth. This position requires a strategic thinker, talented motivator, and someone who excels at "getting things done" in a competitive and ever changing environment. We are seeking an experienced leader to help us take our team's culture and performance to the next level.
Location: Billings, MT
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for:
• Motivating,leading and mentoring the sales team.
• Cultivate and develop a winning culture through setting performance expectations, driving the right behaviors, and having proactive communication.
• Develops sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
• Directs implementation and execution of sales strategies.
• Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales initiatives.
• Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
• Build and maintain a best-in-class sales team by recruiting, training, motivating and developing the right talent
• Design compensation and incentive programs that engage and motivate the sales team while driving continual improvements in productivity
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in scaling a metrics-driven sales team.
• 1+ years experience in a VP of Sales capacity preferred but not required.
• Experience in Wireless or Consumer Electronics industry.
• Wide breadth of experience working with the full spectrum of sales talent: from entry-level reps to veteran sales executives.
• Extensive Sales Operations experience (forecasting, planning, analysis, sales systems, reporting, compensation and quota management).
• Strong problem solving, project management, and time management skills.
• High levels of analytical horsepower and ability to turn analysis into insight and actions.
• Very organized with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent additional experience.
