Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to manage the financial affairs of our organization. The Controller will play a critical role in financial analysis, corporate reporting, lease administration, and strategic planning, ensuring our financial health and compliance with legal and tax requirements. This position reports to the CEO.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Establish internal controls, oversee bookkeeping, manage assets and debt, prepare financial statements and budgets, and facilitate audits.
  • Corporate Governance: Maintain corporate records, shareholder information, and facilitate clear communication with the Board of Directors, committees, and shareholders.
  • Human Resources & Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff, support HR activities, and provide financial guidance to other departments.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting. CPA or CMA required.
  • Proven management experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and public relations communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and highly detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in general office procedures and financial management software
  • Commercial property management and lease administration preferred.

  • This is a full-time, exempt (salary) position eligible for our full suite of benefits including employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(K) plan, Pension plan, Paid Sick Leave and Vacation.
  • The position is located in Billings, Montana.
