Coffee with Councilwoman Joy
Coffee with Councilpersons/Commissioners is a monthly event that connects Chamber members to their local elected officials. The hour-long coffee session intends to familiarize members with their local elected officials and discuss issues of importance in the business community.
Councilwoman Joy was born in Billings and lived in Hardin until graduating High School. She went on to get her BA degree in Political Science from Cleveland State University and then attended the Graduate School of Public Administration and Policy at Mississippi State University.
Councilwoman Joy is serving her first term on City Council and represents Billings Ward 3.
