Coffee with Councilman Clark

Coffee with Councilman Clark

Coffee with Councilpersons/Commissioners is a monthly event that connects Chamber members to their local elected officials. The hour-long coffee session intends to familiarize members with their local elected officials and discuss issues of importance in the business community.

Councilman Dick Clark was born in Kenmare, ND on February 27th. His parents moved to Billings when he was 3 years old, and he graduated from Senior High. Councilman Clark attended Billings Business College, then worked for Billings Hardware Wholesale, Cardinal Petroleum, City of Billings, McKesson-Robbins, and Kwik-Way Inc. as Store Manager then General Manager of all stores. During this time, Councilman Clark served on many boards and commissions along with four terms on Billings City Council.

Councilman Clark and his wife, Donna, were married for fifty-six years before she passed away July 19, 2015. He has three children, eight grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
