CASA of Yellowstone County is proud to celebrate the dedication of our volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates, who work tirelessly to ensure the voices of children in foster care are heard. For over 20 years, CASA has served the Billings community by advocating for the best interests of children in the foster care system.
