We are gearing up for the third session of BillingsWorks Empowering Excellence education series. This series is done in partnership with Big Sky Economic Development and the Billings Chamber of Commerce. This 4-part series aims to guide new, middle managers in the current work climate to lead their teams with excellence. This session will focus on how to add value to your workplace culture and mission no mater what role you hold within the organization. It will highlight employee retention, engagement, and onboarding tools.
