The Billings Chamber Women’s Network invites you to join us for an afternoon of meaningful growth designed to strengthen your leadership and expand your capacity for connection.

We’ll gather together with space for intentional networking, setting the stage for open dialogue and shared learning. This is more than a workshop—it’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover new tools for leading with both confidence and compassion.

Guiding our time together will be The Awareness Advantage: Leading Without Shame, a two-hour interactive workshop led by Sara Beth Wald, founder of Redefining Love. Together, we’ll explore how self-awareness and intentional communication can break cycles of toxic shame, whether at work, at home, or in our community. We’ll identify the “tipping points” that push us into unhelpful patterns and practice practical strategies for constructive conversations that build trust and connection.

Grounded in the Redefining Love framework of boundaries, accountability, and grace, this session will leave you with a fresh approach to leadership, collaboration, and personal growth.

By the end of the afternoon, you’ll walk away with practical insights, renewed clarity, and the encouragement that comes from being in a room full of women who are growing, leading, and supporting one another every step of the way.
