2026 Professional Development Series: Fire Up Your Confidence
We’ll close out the 2026 Professional Development Series with a session that brings leadership lessons to life, straight from the pit. Hosted by the award-winning team at Montana Outlaw BBQ, this hands-on, flavor-packed experience explores how the principles of great barbecue mirror great leadership: patience, teamwork, adaptability, and trust in the process.
As we gather to celebrate a season of growth, this session invites participants to reflect on the confidence they’ve built throughout the series while learning new ways to apply it in both work and life. Expect sizzling insights on what it means to lead under pressure, make bold choices, and stay grounded when the heat is on, plus a few pro tips from the pitmasters themselves.
