As Director of Talent Sourcing for Gallup, Susan’s role is to develop partnerships to ensure a pipeline of knowledge workers and future leaders. She specializes in four areas: campus recruiting and employment branding in the western United States; building and developing Gallup’s client service teams; leading recruitment efforts for Gallup’s practice teams; and mentoring and coaching Gallup’s new talent resources team members.
