157 Rules for Executive Success in Organizational Management, presented by Patrick McGaughey on April 22nd from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. at the Billings Food Bank. Pre-registration is required. 157 Rules for Executive Success in Organization Management is a compilation of rules and guidelines for non-profit executives, staff and volunteers. The program is built from Pat’s 30 years of experience in organization management. It focuses on understanding organization management, rules to create budgets and increase income, rules for better operation efficiency, rules for professional growth and rules to help volunteers and board members perform at a higher level. Attendees at this 3-hour presentation will receive the complete list of rules and a copy of the program audio CD for future reference. Registration is $99/person.
