The Billings Chamber Leadership Reads Book Club is a new opportunity for members to grow together through meaningful conversations rooted in leadership, learning, and personal development. Each month, we'll explore a different book that offers practical insights, fresh perspectives, and ideas you can apply in your work and daily life. This monthly gathering is designed to spark discussion, strengthen professional connections, and support your leadership journey one chapter at a time. Leadership Reads April event will feature The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. 

The Book Club meets once a month, with sessions held from 9:00-10:00 AM. Dates and locations will be shared in advance of each discussion. Attendance is free for Chamber members. Participants will need to bring their own copy of the monthly book selection. Whether you're looking to sharpen your leadership skills, connect with fellow professionals, or simply enjoy great discussions, this is a welcoming place to start.
