The Billings Chamber Leadership Reads Book Club is a new opportunity for members to grow together through meaningful conversations rooted in leadership, learning, and personal development. Each month, we’ll explore a different book that offers practical insights, fresh perspectives, and ideas you can apply in your work and daily life. This monthly gathering is designed to spark discussion, strengthen professional connections, and support your leadership journey—one chapter at a time. 

March 2026 

March’s Leadership Reads will feature The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, a powerful leadership story that explores the common challenges teams face and how to overcome them. This session will focus on the five key dysfunctions that can hold teams back—from lack of trust to avoidance of accountability—and how leaders can build stronger, more cohesive teams.

Participants can expect a thoughtful, facilitated discussion centered on practical strategies to build trust, encourage healthy conflict, strengthen commitment, and improve accountability within teams. Whether you lead a department, a project, or an entire organization, this conversation will offer insights to help create more effective collaboration and lasting results in the workplace.
